Yeah, real funny.  Here is a snippet from the Life article:

In a report to the City Council, City Administrator Brian Pabst stated that an 84-page request for proposal was prepared by staff, which resulted in bids being received for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) portion of the work needed at the Berwyn stations.

Martin-Aire Heating and Cooling was awarded the contract for its low bid of $67,144. The project includes replacing the furnace, installing missing duct work, utilizing existing frilles, installing a new ductless split system and all associated condensation drain pipes, and installing new electrical connections to the furnace.

Why is this funny? HVAC company got HVAC deal.  Something wrong with the company? Never even heard of it.

Martin-Aire has strong ties with the city. As in some of the city employees.
