SO I hemmend and hawed about reading "The Historian" by Elizabeth Kostova. We've all seen it everywhere.  Iv'e actually had my eye on it awhile, but always thought "Another Vampire book? How boring". Well let me tell you of how surprised I was to find that I can't put it down. It truly grips you at page one and is a real page turner..

Anyone out there read it yet? I'm half way through and it's superb.. Give it a try...

I love that one!  Bought it as soon as I heard a Kostova interview.  Several people who borrowed it from me have gone on to buy it.  I wish she'd write another, on another theme, of course.
