2:30 AM and Morton West athletic field lights and all of the lights in the parking lot to the north of the school are blazing.

Sorry, but for a school that is short on money, literally turning out the lights would seem to be a prudent thing to do.

Didn't Morton have their graduation last night?  May be some one forgot to turn the lights out?  I bet if Morton has a time clock policy, this person did not forget to punch out!   Accountability  is the issue here.
