Title: More work at Cermak Plaza

Received this info from Concordia Realty...

Cermak Plaza has purposefully emptied the east end of the shopping center to demolish that section and build a brand new 27,000 square foot store with a leading national retailer.  That project will also generate additional fees, sales and real estate tax revenues and new jobs.

  Is Smokey Joe's a restaurant chain?   

  If so, I don't think most people think of restaurant chains as retailers.  A retailer is a company that sells goods.

  Smokey Joe's may be national, but if it is a restaurant, then it isn't a retailer.
