It's a scary thing when a contractor you've used for years retires - especially scary when you have a "disaster" and have to find someone pronto. I was SO happy to find Mark Romano of Neptune Sewer after a plumbing disaster and we needed our catch basin cleaned. He responded immediately - a real professional - and addressed everything including an old, rusted catch basin cover.
You don't find service like this often nowadays ... so I wanted you all to know about it.
We have used Neptune since we moved to Berwyn in 2005 - they are really wonderful. We currently rent out our house but still have them do the work they are so wonderful and easy to work with. We built such a relationship that when the work is done, they just mail us the invoice (we live out of state) and they know they will receive payment quickly.
I would highly recommend them.
Mrs Scoon, it's wonderful to know you have a relationship with the sewer guy. You must miss him.
