Former Berwyn Finer Foods on OPA

Driving down OPA the other day, I noticed lights on & activity inside the old Berwyn Finer Foods.  Does anybody know what is happening?  Is La Familia opening there, or is it something else altogether?

Wondering the same thing. Walk to train that way when I go to office. My wife said that they have "stringers" up inside that would indicate some construction/renovation is happening. I would think someone would put a "Coming Soon" or similar sign up.

As far as I can tell, nothing has opened up in that location yet.  It's still empty & surprisingly doesn't have any paper on the windows blocking out any possible "stuff" left inside that building.
