Does anyone know when trick-or-treating is supposed to take place for Halloween this year?  I don't have kids, so I never know.

 It looks like 3 PM to 7 PM, based on past posts on BTF, but starting time might be as early as 11:30 AM, based on a past Watch newsletter:
