Probably the cigar store in Forest Park.  After all, the owner goes to Cuba (illegal to do) every 6-8 weeks.  Although he'd probably make you join his club, which is $1K a year to belong to!

There is a new gar joint on Ogden just before Microcenter in Westmont.
South side of the street, huge beige building...It's called the Humidor.
...What else can we do now except roll down the window and let the wind blow back your hair...
