Morton now advances to the state finals (Final Four) this Friday, November 4th at Lincoln Way North High School in Mokena.

The pairings are:

Naperville Central v Fremd (Palatine), 5 pm

Warren (Gurnee) v Morton, 7 pm

Morton is the highest seeded team left and should be favored.

They completely dominated Lincoln Way East tonight but scored only in the fourth OT.

I would recommend that everyone go out and cheer the Mustangs on as they're probably the best team in the state. Unfortunately, Lincoln Way's fans outnumbered Morton's tonight by a WIDE margin. Such a shame as this is truly an elite program boasting a US Youth National Team member as well as several other Division 1 quality prospects.
