Don't know...I was looking at the "Inlaw" apartment.

Maybe after the next big rain, 1425 Home will be Lake Berwyn.

Good job, inspector.  Harvey Rd., sounds like the country with the waterfront.  The Realtor made a mistake listing it as a two flat or the building is a grandfather clause as a 3 flat.
