We have hot & fresh Italian stuffed Melrose Peppers in the store today. We have a spicy version with hot pancetta, ricotta & asiago & an Italian sausage, ricotta & mozzarella. They are absolutely DELICIOUS & considered an ancient Roman delicacy. So don't miss out these beauties they won't last long. Per size & stuffing they range from $1.99-$2.49 each.

We will be making chicken sausage this weekend. It is back by popular demand. We are also looking into making homemade bratwurst. However there is a million different types. If anyone has any suggestions or recipes let us know. We may whip out a batch this weekend & sample it out.

Thanks...we thought it came out pretty darn good as well considering it was the first time. We agreed it needs a little for spices & will increase the ratio next batch. Let me know what you think about the spicy one.

Hello SeeBee! Ironically we didn't add any salt to any of the batches only parmesan cheese which is salty enough. We did increase all the other spices including the crushed red pepper. I will let Dave know. We chose Parmesan rather than Romano which is even saltier. He might go with something else such as asiago next time. Thanks for the input we appreciate it! We are always trying to make everything we do better!

Hello Everyone! Well our in-door seating is now in place to make dining inside or outside a pleasure. We are very excited about the in-store transition that has taken place. We are having a receipt raffle to win a catering party for the 4th of July so be sure to submit your receipts with you name & number on the back by June 30th. We can make whole wheat dough & bread. We did for a while but there was not too much interest. I will be glad to order some wheat flour & make a post when we make the dough. It will be made fresh along with wheat bread, wheat pizza crusts & wheat frazzels. It can be frozen & the price would be between $1.99-$2.49 a (1) Lb bag depending on the cost of wheat flour. I will also make some of our bakery style pizza with it as well. Thanks for the suggestion!
