Was at Proksa Park the other day,there's a tough element hanging at the park.Watched these little shits bully other kids,language was a little rough.A larger group of older teens hanging out where little kids played,wonder why?Saw a few parents just leave with their children,there used to be a policeman in the park years back.Maybe an indication things are changing?or was this an isolated incident?

probably not isolated incident, and if Jeff Janda is reading the board, he should take note.  Maybe they could have a police presence walk around for a few days to give them the heave hoe ... then show up on occasion to make sure everything is ok.
