Yoga Dance and Sound Healing Bath

December 13, Sunday, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. join Margo Ruark for one hour of movement bliss with Yoga Dance. This dance form offers a way to incorporate movement into your spiritual practice. There is a bold, wise, ecstatic mover and shaker inside of you - find it now! The one-hour yoga dance class is followed by an awesome 45 minute Sava-sana with original healing sound bath given by Antonio Soriano on Spanish Guitar. We Will be meeting at Oak Park Yoga & Wellness Center,  327 Chicago Avenue, Chicago. $25 registration at the door.
