Trading Spaces: In Oak Park

Right now Trading Spaces is on.  It's the episode where they filmed in Oak Park.  The "Homeowners" are all actors, with a joke being played on Hilde and Doug.  The first couple "surprised" Doug by having their "friend's" dog that just died stuffed by a taxidermist in "Berwyn".  The other couple is pretending to have the man be a complete klutz who whines about almost everything they are doing.  It's funny.

I saw Doug on TLC the other night, it was a show about America's Ugliest Living Rooms.  I was expecting more of the same crap he used to serve up on Trading Spaces.  Much to my surprise, he did a kick ass job.  Doug from Trading Spaces, I'd never hire.  Doug from America's Ugliest Living Rooms would be on my short list.

I can't imagine subjecting my house to Trading Spaces.
