As I was driving around town the other day, I saw this place. Overall a pretty nice looking place.

I also did a walkthrough of a house on the 2500 block of Elmwood a couple weeks ago.
It did not have any frills, but it was a very nice quality rehab by a company in Elgin.
It was their first rehab in Berwyn and they could not believe the number of brick bungalows around here.
They are looking at working on more properties in the future.

I took another look at the kitchen pic...am I seeing that correctly? They bolted the island-top to a puppy cage?!? It almost looks like it was photo-shopped in.
