Less is left on the street than Berwyn residents already blow out there today.
It's not just Berwyn residents !
There's 3 neighbors of mine, with lawn service "professionals", they blow the crap onto the street.
Why won't anyone believe it's not butter ?

may i suggest you invest in a leaf "blower". you can pick up a decent one that produces hurricane winds for abou $100 bucks! as soon as the "professionals" leave the scene, blow the leaves right back! hey, you might even have fun, i know i do!!!!

I will never understand how the lawn services get away with just blowing everything somewhere else.  They should have to pick the stuff up and haul it away.

I had to stop using one gutter cleaning service because they blew all the residue (and leaves) onto the street.  I came home and had almost had a heart attack.  Had to run in and bag the leaves.

If that happens, the homeowner can get fined, right?
Stupid fuck

Yes, the homeowner can get fined, but it never seems to happen! One time i saw my neighbor blowing leaves onto the street as the police passed. Nothing happened.....
