Ah yes, I am so glad to see this video documentation of frankie's formative years as a patrol
officer in Berwyn as a yewt. Svengoolie got the idea for that skit after meeting frank and seeing how daft he was, and based it on Baretta. "lanzillotti the theif" who was mayor at the time and responsible for putting our town into the downward spiral that we still witness today did not like the show and the representation of Berwyn, it was brought up several times at council and Koz simply went for the throat of Berwyn.

Koz is a Saint... frank and his spermicidal creation of son await sentencing for beating on people, it will be a long one from what I hear. That's why you are seeing so many continuances in the trial.
