The Thugocracy still exists. It has never gone away and it will continue to exist as long as some disgruntled people work as cyber bullies, political operatives, and shills for the IVB and the remnants of Michael O'Connor's failed administration. The same people who go out of their way to try and find fault and perceived problems with the Administration and city workers instead of working to make Berwyn better.
