It'd be nice if they explained the numbers better. From the article is seems to be the number of foreclosures per 1000 properties?

I bought my house for $80,000 27 years ago and I keep wondering if I am going to even be able to get that much now if I were to sell today.

We bought our house 19 yrs ago for 117,000.....finished the basement several years ago. We are refinancing and it appraised for 100,000.
