Recently in the 1St. ward there has been people who walk their dogs at night and let them shit in the front of our homes, leaving the mess for us topic up!!! I have alerted the neighbors to call the police!!!!! if this doesn't work then our methods will become more drastic!!!!!!!
Loose dogs will deal with the animal control! If you are a dog lover then air it out on your own property!!!!!!!
