Berwyn Park District, Spring Soccer Picnic, June 25th 2011



This past Saturday was the Berwyn Park District's Spring soccer awards picnic. Over 500 participated in the event, participants included volunteers, staff, players, and parents who celebrated a successful season at Freedom Park, 3701 S. Scoville Ave.



Berwyn Youth Soccer games (Ages 3-8 years old) were played all afternoon on Freedom Park's beautiful synthetic Soccer field. Participants and their families enjoyed free access to the pool and a BBQ picnic provided by the Berwyn Park District. As evidenced by all the smiles at our end of season awards picnic we had a great season of learning and fun.



The Berwyn Youth Soccer recreational league is a strong, growing program, and we hope to see everyone back and new Berwyn youth for more action this Fall. Another round of fun youth soccer begins July 20th and registration is now open!!!
