That does sound great LL!  We've done homemade salsa's before too, from our tomato & pepper plants, it's just mmm...mmm...good!!

Fun part is each batch is a little different - depending on what is ready at the same time.  Also, sometimes I add fresh cut diced pineapple (not from the yard, of course -- but, wow, do I wish...) and it is divine!
Ask Mrs. "Scoon".  I'll put you down for next batch.

Yeah us too LL.  We do a little something different each time.

I'll never forget my husband did a damn near all pepper salsa.  His peppers he grew plus some other types of peppers from his co-workers that do gardens.  OMG...I couldn't get within 5 feet of it without having my sinuses cleaned out!    I have no idea how he ate it all up.
