About 2 years ago, I had Danly.  They did a 2 car very basic with cement pour, no tear down or electric (I had my own electrician) It was  8K.  I had the service door on the side and window facing my yard.  Put up some shutters and a window box with flowers in the summer and enjoy it from my deck.  Danly pulled all the permits and handled the inspection.  I was very satisfied.

Update:

I was quoted $13.5K....  one service door, one window, 2 car, frame garage...
