Dukesdad, I just saw that your last post that the building's "nearly finished."  Are you done yet?  Could you post a few more pics?  I just can't get over how amazing this place turned out.   :coreyhart:

We actually got our final Land mark certification from the City yesterday. I guess that means we're done. I'll post more pics.

We had the Mayor visit last Wednesday. Whatever you think of him, he's a sharp cookie. As Type A an individual as I've ever encountered.

This is wonderful. Excellent job.

Can you redo the Berwyn Hotel on Oak Park Ave now? That place looks like it has so much potential, it breaks my heart to see the state that it is in.
