Karban Park Dog Park Now Open

The Berwyn Park District has opened the Karban Park Dog Park.  The recreational facility is located between Gunderson Avenue and East Avenue north of Ogden.  Access to the park is via the alleyway.

Berwyn residents can purchase an annual permit for $50.00 for the first dog, $5.00 for a second dog, and $5.00 for a third dog.  Permit applications are available at Freedom Park, 3701 S. Scoville Avenue during normal business hours, at www. berwynparks.org, or as a download attached to this notice.

Applicants must supply current vaccination records and comply with Cook County of Rabies and Animal Control regulations.

The new park will allow Berwyn residents a dog friendly park to recreate within Berwyn as will be open daily from sunrise to sunset.

Yes it will be monitored and a swipe card will be issued for access.
