Most interesting items are the ordinances authorizing the city to buy the building at 3145 S. Oak Park Avenue (an old computer supply store) and buy the entire block next to the Berwyn Gateway block using Harlem Avenue TIF funds (the block from Maple to Wenonah and from Cermak to the alley north of Cermak).

Also, the agenda has items for the creating of an Assistant City Administrator position and an Assistant Building Director position and a public hearing on allowing houses and small businesses to opt out of the electrical aggregation plan.
