Nourishment & Healthy Living

This weekly group aims to support and provide members with weight management and healthy lifestyle skills to enhance their overall well-being. There are spots still available: pick up a registration form from Freedom or Proksa Park or download a form from www.berwynparks.org. Class begins on Monday June 4 at 5:50 at Proksa Park. Fess in include $60 for nine weeks and a one-time material fee of $40.



Intermediate Sewing

Make a cute & simple tote to hold your everyday things.  Students will bring their own machines, basic sewing tools and materials for the project to class. A materials list will be provided at registration. Class will take place on Tuesday, June 4 & June 11, at Proksa Park from 6:30 – 8:30pm. Registration Fee: $37 Resident /Non-Resident.
