Need to have railing replaced

Can anyone recommend someone local who can reasonably and reliably replace the wrought iron railing on my front steps?  The top rail has completely rusted right off and I'm not one to do my own welding to fix it myself (so please don't tell me how "easy" it is--it ain't gonna happen).  Also, I don't have an Angie's List account so no referrals to that, please.

I'm looking for someone who may have had this kind of work done recently (so I can take a look at it) in the neighborhood.
