  Very interesting business plan. Great addition to Roosevelt Road and the entire area. Hope they do well. Seems like an awful lot going on inside a building that doesn't look very big on the outside. Parking on weekends on Roosevelt should be interesting. I think bringing in rock bands will do well. Hope they don't bring in hip hop slop.
