According to Redfin, North Berwyn is hot!

we went to our website users, tallying hundreds of millions of pages they visited and homes they added as Favorites to monitor for price changes or sales.

What this means in practical terms? Probably not much, but it's an interesting mention...

YAY if change is coming to North Berwyn that is good.  As people are moving out of Oak Park they are choosing North Berwyn.    :D

Da** I hope not. Would hate to see my property value go up to where I could retire before I'm 90 :(
