3300 Block of OPA

Looks like there were some large transactions recently across from MacNeal - $15.3MM for 3300 OPA and $11MM for 3340 OPA.  Of course the new Familia Foods as well as Citizen's Community bank stand between those two parcels.

Anyone know what is going on?

Ok so after digging around a bit, I found that all of the below properties have recently changed hands:
16-31-127-009-0000
16-31-127-008-0000
16-31-127-007-0000
16-31-127-006-0000
16-31-127-054-0000
16-31-126-040-0000
16-31-126-039-0000
16-31-126-038-0000
16-31-127-030-0000
16-31-127-006-0000
16-31-127-049-0000

They all are bounded or border the area of OPA, Grove, Windsor, and 34th Street.  I am an amateur, so I am sure there are more properties that I am missing.  They all have to do with Patriot Berwyn Oak Park LLC or Patriot Berwyn Windsor LLC and are buying for huge sums of money.  Doing an LLC search, it ties back to Patriot Equities, which specializes in Corporate Real Estate acquisition and development out of PA: http://www.patriotequities.com/index.php

Another RE Investor, American Realty Capital, also shows ownership in some property, also out of PA:  http://www.americanrealtycap.com/

They're also involving Pillar Multifamily, which is a financial lender focused on multifamily and healthcare customers. 

Is MacNeal planning a larger expansion?
