What went down on Saturday early evening?

I was driving west on Cermak road east of Oak Park Ave. on Saturday evening around six or so and there was a long traffic jam going east...I saw the cops had a couple of streets blocked off and a fire truck, paramedics and police were there but I could see no accident.  This was around the Popyeyes on Cermak, and involved a few streets.

There was a MVA that was blocking a lot of traffic.
