So it appears they are building a new structure already across the street from BW3s and finishing tearing down the old Berwyn Western building.  Assuming the new building will be a new 5/3 bank and they will raze the old one? 

Does anyone know what else is going in on that block?

Heard somewhere that Starbuck's is currently being built on the corner of Maple & Harlem.

Would be nice if BDC or City of Berwyn would issue press releases about commercial development in the city.  Always seems to be such a secret until the establishment is about to open. Would think City would want to promote itself and development to the public well before that.
