HOW BOUT THE OTHWER IDE OF THE COIN,BIKES ARE TERRIBLE ON THE ROADS. MOST CUT IN AND OUT OF TRAFFIC LAUGHING WHEN THEY DO SO. NIGHT TIME IS THE WORST FOR BIKES,NO LIGHTS THEY COME OUT NOW WHERE.THEY WILL GO AGAINST TRAFFIC. SORRY FOR THE CAPS?

Is a pack of bicyclists allowed to take up the whole lane of car traffic, thus blocking the car from going the speed limit?  Why are bicycle riders allowed to blow through stop signs and red lights?  I see this all of the time and they are supposed to be following the same rules of the road as cars.
