The other night while parked at a neighborhood store a older man came walking out.Half way across the street his knees buckled down he went head first.A group gathered to help, took four men to pick him up.His car was parked half way on the curb, the police and ambulance arrived, several minutes later the old guy was in the drivers seat of his car.The ambulance left so did the police and people who helped, the old guy had a hard time backing the car from his parking spot sat for several minutes blocking the street. Off he drove slowly one tail light was out, over he went to the intersection intending on turning right on a busy street.Out he drove right into traffic tail lights and horns blowing he just merged into traffic. Should this man have been allowed to drive? or taken to the hospital? What is the correct call?
