New alleys

Six years ago alleys were replaced with cheap ashfault.The alleys were cement and were functioning, the pounding from removing the cement cracked many aprons and garage floors.When the sweepers came through the alleys rocks damaged several doors. The alleys are now cracked,and are not pitched correctly, are these going to be replaced like the ones presently being replaced? How about the alleys in North Berwyn?
