I'm tempted to conclude that, on the evidence, Cigars & Stripes respects waterfowl more than women. You'll recall that the bar placed an undisclosed two-way mirror in its women's restroom, rightly offending people enough that the Berwyn City Council took legislative action barring such mirrors.
