Does anyone know the plan for the old Berwyn Hotel on Oak Park near the Metra? Looks like the long vacant 1 story building immediately to the south was torn down and the hotel is being gutted. Assuming it will no longer be an SRO?

Found it. Appears it will be a 46 unit senior living facility. A $10MM investment for the city; great to see!
