Lots of house keeping. 

The one thing I must comment about is our new Finance director.  He really seems to have his act together.  Knowledgable and seems to suggest ways to do things which are, to my mind, very professional.  Also seems to understand the important thing is to get the job done in a cost effective (notice I didn't say CHEAP, but cost EFFECTIVE) manner.

I'm glad we got him.
