Thanks Brian for posting the piece from Cook County.  Berwyn is considered west Cook County and the report sited south Cook, maybe the mosquitoes will stay south of I-55 this summer. 

Who gets to decide our fate?  Does the health department give the command to spray or give the recommendation to the City?
