Garage demo?

A friend of ours has an elderly mom living in Brookfield.  Mom's garage was cited for blight, and since she has no car, the kids figured the easiest thing to do was just demo the old garage rather than pay to rebuild.  (Her home is older, too, and eventually the lot will probably be sold for a tear down & rebuild.)  It's a one-car frame garage, no electricity.  They are looking for someone who can do this work for a reasonable cost - does anyone have any recommendations?
