Two plows came down our block pretty late last night -- must have been 9:00 p.m.+ - but just zoomed straight down the middle which, of course, was all that could be done since vehicles parked on both sides plus some ghettorific lawn chairs.

I'm more leery and offended by the number of unattended/unsupervised and very poorly socialized children in the parks and on the streets than I am of any size or breed of dog...

There is one particular cyclist who acts like the road is all his - weaving from center to right or center to left in front of cars along that road -- morning and evening.  My f/ing luck to sometimes have to share the road with him on my way both to and from work!  My nickname for him is "OD" (for organ donor).
