work space needed

looking for a place to work on a few projects.  do not want to share or anyone else to be able to access.  I have some tools and really don't trust people around them.  will be welding and cutting metal.  nothing dangerous since i am very careful and have all the proper safty equipment.  please let me know if you have anything you would consider.  thanks a lot.
