Sod recommendation?

Does anyone have a ballpark figure for the cost on resodding a typical Berwyn back yard--Chicago lot size? And does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable, reasonable landscaping firm in the area?

I got quotes for this about two years ago, but no one would do my yard b/c I have 2 dogs and they say the dog urine will kill the sod......but the quotes I received were all around $1200 - $1500.
