I don't think it is that bad.  Like I said before the foreclosure is a seperate animal even though it has affected the rest of the housing stock.  We are seeing forclosure listing prices go down quicker than the rest.  When these foreclosures are done we will be ok. 

Interesting convesation I had this morning with Countrywide.  I have a seller who is 6500 in arears on the mortgage.  2 years ago they would have said send us the 6500.  All or nothing.  Today they let her tack the 6500 on the principal and got her up to date.  Her situation has changed for the better.  It changed her payment by 42 dollars per month and let her keep her home.

Tony, I appreciate your sales postings, but I will resist looking at them until I'm actually going to move and take my lumps!
