Covered Porch/Deck Paint

So I finally removed the old linoleum from the back porch, sanded it as well as I could to the bare floors (some spots still there) and now it's time to paint.

I went to the paint store on Madison Ave and they recommended  Sikkens.  He said that it was a "breathable" oil paint.  He recommended this paint b/c I couldn't get most of the old paint out (probably oil).  It was an interesting recommendation since they are a Benjamin Moore store.

When I went to the Berwyn Store, they recommended the BM Latex Porch and Floor paint.

Has anyone used Sikkens befores?  It's from Akzo Nobel, a pretty good coatings company.  They deal with coatings on boats, cars, etc.
