I have metal awnings on the West, 1st and 2nd floor.  They've gotten very beat up over the last few years.  Actually the 2nd floor has taken the worst beating.
Can they be painted ?  I power washed them last year and they still look dingy.
If so, is it cost effective to paint them or is replacing them better/easier in the long run ?
I saw some canvas ones that looked kinda' nice.  Comments ?
Thanks.
Why won't anyone believe it's not butter ?

arcitecturally speaking, it's incorrect in the first place. But there's some nice Greek cobalt blue ones right across from
the park on East by the tracks!
