I highly recommend Dr. Keith Sommers at Cameo Endodontics on Oak Park Ave.

I had a root canal done yesterday afternoon and I am in no pain at all. No discomfort even. I'm not kidding when I tell you it's like I didn't even have a procedure done.

I have had one other root canal in the past -- about 12 years ago. And that was on what they call an "easy" tooth. While it was not the worst thing ever, I was definitely uncomfortable afterwards, for several days.

This time -- nothing. It was on a molar, and he told me that it was actually a little tricky, because the canals were very curved. He told me to expect to be sore for a few days.

Nada. Nothing. Zip. I would go back to Dr. Sommers in a heartbeat.
