  The only "bad" price was the one on 15th and Home.   Is that house being listed as "distressed" ?

Agreed - I know a few of them on the south end tried to sell last summer and have come down considerably in price this time around.  Those could be a great buy for someone.

Not distressed (Forclosure or Short Sale). distressed in that it needs work. Long time owner.

As much as we love our home, this is kind of sad to see these going for so much less.

Question on the Clinton properties... I noticed there are three right next door to each other for sale when I drove by today. It raises a red flag. Any thoughts on these?

Nothing should alarm anyone. Though it's unusual, no red flags. Family's just looking to make a move for different reasons.
