Window Painting

Since we've been talking about windows ... I got some questions for our local experts:

1.  Have you had a contractor paint your windows?  How much did they charge per window?  I am talking about prepping, caulking, priming and painting.

2.  What about soffit and fascia?  How much per linear ft?

3.  Have you painted triple tracks?  What did you do, and did it work?  (Yes, I will be getting original storms, hopefully in a couple of years, this is just a temporary fix)

4.  My soffits are uncovered, they are stained/varnished.  Some areas are dry, if I were to sand them and restain/varnish them, what should I use?
